Give the actual location
Tell the provider where the vehicle is located and how to contact you. Explain access restrictions, parking arrangements and the type of vehicle. Ask whether that address is covered and whether the requested work can be assessed or completed there.
Describe the vehicle and concern
Share the vehicle details, tire information and photographs the provider requests. Describe what you have observed without assuming a particular repair is possible. Confirm whether the service handles the vehicle and the proposed job before agreeing to a visit.
Let the provider assess access
Explain the available working space and any site restrictions. Ask the provider to decide whether the location is suitable and how it wants to arrange access. If the setting cannot accommodate the job, agree the next step rather than assuming mobile service can work anywhere.
Clarify the call-out terms
Confirm the arrival arrangements, quoted call-out charges and how inspection or additional work will be authorised. Ask what happens if the job cannot be completed at that location. Remain reachable and request the findings, invoice and any agreed next steps in writing.
